Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Drive the tire shop’s truck on paved and unpaved roads, ensuring operational safety, and operate the Munck implement for loading, unloading, and cargo handling. * Perform replacement, repair, alignment, balancing, and inflation of highway and agricultural tires on vehicles, machines, and equipment—both in field operations and at the mechanical workshop. * Inspect tire condition—including tread depth measurement—and complete documentation and control records for movement, inflation, and maintenance. * Organize and maintain the internal tire shop and tire trucks, properly storing new, retreaded, or used tires while keeping inventory records up to date. * Comply with company-established safety, health, environmental, and ethical standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Knowledge of agricultural tire services; * Experience operating trucks and safe driving practices; * Hands-on experience with pneumatic tools, hydraulic jacks, and Munck operation; * Class C driver’s license (CNH C); * Munck operation and indivisible cargo handling training preferred. **Additional Information** #### **BENEFITS** * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Group life insurance; * On-site meal program (subject to area of operation); * Employee association; * Housing under loan agreement (available at select locations); * Performance incentive program; * Meal allowance.
