Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness of the decontamination area, using PPE, preparing solutions, managing supplies control, and reporting adverse events. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the decontamination area 2. Proper use and care of personal protective equipment (PPE) 3. Control and organization of hospital supplies Keep the decontamination area clean and organized; Keep personal protective equipment (PPE) — including goggles, plastic gowns, and standard rubber gloves — properly stored and readily available in the decontamination area; Use PPE whenever required; Prepare alkaline solutions for moistening surgical instruments, as directed by the instrument nurse or circulating nurse; Perform other supply control-related duties as requested by the nurse; Report adverse events to the Quality Department (Risk Management) when they occur; Verify expiration dates of supplies; Perform cleaning of decontamination area cabinets on pre-established days; Send soiled materials to the central supply department, with internal communication documentation; Salary: R$1.800,00 - R$2.140,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care * Childcare allowance * Education allowance * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work the 12x36 daytime shift schedule?
