Values proactivity and teamwork ***Position Objective*** Support operational activities related to warehousing, order picking, material handling, and shipping, contributing to warehouse organization, on-time delivery, and logistics process efficiency. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Perform order picking according to established procedures. * Support operational picking activities. * Support product withdrawal for order picking. * Organize inventory and maintain a clean and organized operational area. * Support palletizing processes for materials. * Assist with repackaging activities when required. * Support vehicle loading and unloading. * Assist with product labeling activities. * Meet the operational demands of the logistics team. * Ensure organization, safety, and smooth operations. * Comply with company-defined quality, safety, and organization procedures. ***Mandatory Requirements*** **Education** * Completed high school education. **Experience** * Prior experience in logistics operations, warehousing, order picking, or related areas. **Desirable Competencies** * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Experience in the logistics field. * Agility and willingness to perform operational tasks. **Differentiating Competencies** * Knowledge and application of the 5S methodology. * Attention to detail. * Organization. * Commitment to results and quality. * Operational discipline. **Additional Requirements** * Availability to work in Pinhais after relocation to the new headquarters. **Work Location** Currently at the company's unit located in the Parolin neighborhood, **with availability to work in Pinhais after relocation to the new headquarters.** **Salary** * R$ 2\.000,00 **Working Hours** * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Monday to Saturday * Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Meal Allowance (VA): R$ 180.00 per month * Food Voucher (VR): R$ 30.00 per business day * Health Insurance plan after probation period Payment: R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * By the end of this year, the company will relocate from the Parolin neighborhood to Pinhais.
