Inventory organization and control **BAR ATTENDANT \- BATEL** **Salary: BRL 1,958.00 \+ 10% commission (average BRL 800.00\/BRL 1,300.00\) \= Average monthly salary between BRL 3,000.00 and BRL 3,300.00** **Benefits: On-site meal \+ Meal allowance BRL 150.00 \+ Transportation allowance** **Gympass** **Working hours: 5:00 PM to 1:20 AM** **Schedule: 6 days on\/1 day off, plus 1 Sunday per month** **Work location: Batel** Main Responsibilities: * **Customer Service:** Greet, seat, present the menu, answer questions, suggest items, and ensure customer satisfaction. * **Preparation and Service:** Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails, following recipes and standards. * **Bar Operations:** Manage orders. * **Organization and Cleaning:** Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter, dining area, and workspace; sanitize utensils and equipment; organize supplies. * **Inventory Control:** Monitor and assist with inventory of beverages, supplies, and fruits, ensuring proper storage. * **Safety and Compliance:** Adhere to laws regarding alcoholic beverages, safety regulations, and food hygiene standards.
