Develop custom components such as plugins, workflows, and actions using C\#, .NET, and Dynamics 365 SDK. Implement scripting with JavaScript, and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls. 2\. Customization \& Configuration Configure entities, forms, views, charts, dashboards, and business process flows. Set up security roles, field\-level security, and hierarchical security models. Create and manage solutions for deployment across environments. 3\. Integration Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and Azure Logic Apps. Develop data migration strategies and execute migrations using Data Import Wizard, KingswaySoft, or SSIS. Ensure synchronization between Dynamics 365 and external systems (ERP, marketing platforms, etc.). 4\. Automation Build automated workflows and approvals using Power Automate. Implement real\-time and background workflows for business processes. Optimize automation for performance and scalability. 5\. Performance Optimization Monitor system performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks. Optimize queries, plugins, and workflows for efficiency. Apply best practices for solution architecture and coding standards. 6\. Testing \& Quality Assurance Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Debug and resolve issues in custom code and configurations. Maintain version control and follow DevOps practices for deployment. 7\. Documentation \& Training Prepare technical documentation for customizations and integrations. Create user guides and provide training sessions for end\-users and administrators.
