Job Summary:
An occupational safety professional to inspect facilities, prepare reports, implement programs, and conduct training.
Key Highlights:
1. Conduct inspections and identify safety hazards.
2. Develop and implement safety programs and training.
3. Provide technical support in occupational safety and health.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct periodic inspections of company facilities to identify hazards and assess compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare inspection reports and recommend corrective actions to eliminate or mitigate identified hazards.
Develop and implement safety programs.
Plan and monitor the implementation of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE).
Conduct weekly safety dialogues.
Support implementation of regulatory compliance activities.
Deliver training sessions and presentations to employees on proper PPE usage, accident prevention, and fire suppression.
Issue work permits for high-risk tasks performed at the company.
Approve third-party safety documentation.
Provide technical support and consultation to managers and employees regarding occupational safety and health matters.
**Requirements:**
Technical course in occupational safety, with active registration.
Factory-floor experience required.
Knowledge of regulatory standards (NR 12 and NR 10\).
Experience in Fire Brigade Management, Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), and Training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Availability to work on-site in Quatro Barras/PR during the second shift (5:00 PM to 3:00 AM\), Mon\-Fri.
Driver's License Category B.
