If you have the “feel” for what engages digitally and aren’t afraid to hit the road to capture the best moments, this challenge is yours! **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * **Capture, edit, and finalize videos** for performance campaigns and institutional content (products, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and internal communications). * **Create videos optimized for multiple formats:** full focus on vertical formats (**Reels, Stories, TikTok**) and horizontal formats for **YouTube**. * **Event coverage:** availability for occasional travel to ensure the essence of our in-person events is swiftly translated into digital content. * **Creative collaboration:** work closely with Content, Traffic, and Design teams to ensure strategic alignment. * **Asset management:** maintain our image and video library organized and up to date. **What we’re looking for:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Film, Design, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. **Knowledge and Skills:** * **Technical Proficiency:** Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (**Premiere and After Effects**). * **Agility and Trends:** Proficiency with fast-editing and mobile tools (e.g., **CapCut**), adapting professional language to the pace of social media. * **Storytelling:** Ability to build engaging narratives—including pacing, transitions, and visual copy. * **Mobility:** Willingness to travel (essential for event coverage and technical visits). * **Digital Fluency:** In-depth knowledge of social media formats and best practices (organic and paid traffic). **Nice-to-haves (not mandatory):** * Hands-on experience in audiovisual production (lighting, sound, framing). * Familiarity with **Artificial Intelligence** tools applied to video. * Portfolio demonstrating versatility between high-production videos and dynamic social media content. **Gobrax Benefits** **Flexible Benefits — Caju** Flexible allowance \+ meal voucher on a single card.
