Job Summary: Responsible for executing, monitoring, and diagnosing Advanced B2B DATA products, identifying and analyzing faults, and managing repair tickets. Key Highlights: 1. LAN and WAN network support Vice Presidency: VP ENGINEERING AND CUSTOMER SERVICES Work Location: Vila Hauer - Curitiba - PR Directorate: DIR NETWORK OPERATIONS **Responsibilities and Duties** Execution of monitoring and diagnosis of Advanced B2B DATA products; Monitoring of SWA and SWT equipment and performing test routines; Identifying and analyzing faults, followed by routing them to the correct destination; Responsible for triaging technical complaints and B2B DATA repairs, directing tickets according to the repair workflow processes; Responsible for dispatching defect tickets to field technicians and associating mass scenarios. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Technical or Technologist degree in IT or Telecommunications is desirable; Experience in triage/diagnosis and configuration of corporate customers, performing activities such as analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support for Advanced B2B products; Configuration and troubleshooting of corporate customer routers on IP MPLS and Frame Relay networks; Configuration of Cisco, 3Com/HP MSR, Juniper, and Huawei routers; LAN and WAN network support. **Additional Information** See what we offer\* you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
