Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage contracts, infrastructure, and building maintenance, focusing on process optimization and sustainability to ensure efficient and functional environments. Requirements: **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Management of third-party contracts, including review and monitoring of cleaning, security, and building maintenance contracts. * Infrastructure planning, proposing improvements to physical environments, office layouts, and adaptations according to demand. * Infrastructure project management, supporting renovations, layout changes, and installation of new equipment. * Monitoring of the annual budget, controlling operational costs and investments in infrastructure, equipment, and services. * Monitoring of Facilities-related payments, averaging 75 monthly payments. * Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and elevator systems, as well as handling service requests. * Access control and asset security, ensuring proper operation of entry systems, cameras, alarms, and security protocols. * Cleaning and maintenance management, ensuring clean, organized, and safe environments for employees and visitors. * Waste and sustainability management, implementing proper disposal practices, recycling, and reduction of natural resource consumption. * Coordination with departments such as HR, IT, and Finance to align actions involving physical changes, internal events, and compliance. * Data analysis, preparation of performance reports and dashboards. * Support for the environmental pillar of ESG and regulatory topics. **Expected Outcomes:** * Safer, more organized, and functional environments for employees and visitors. * Reduction of operational costs and optimization of infrastructure investments. * Efficient maintenance, cleaning, and security processes with high user satisfaction. * Implementation of sustainable practices, increasing recycling rates and reducing natural resource consumption. * Continuous improvement of performance indicators and regulatory compliance, especially regarding the environmental pillar of ESG. * Effective integration between Facilities and other company departments, facilitating internal projects and events. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in Facilities management or related areas. * Knowledge of contract management, budgeting, and payment controls. * Experience in building maintenance, asset security, and cleaning management. * Ability to analyze data and prepare managerial reports. * Strong communication skills and ability to interface with diverse departments. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Desirable Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Certifications in Facilities Management, sustainability, or ESG. * Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and dashboards. * Prior experience in corporate area expansion or reconfiguration projects.
