Focus on attention, concentration, and resolution of causal situations Description: * Completed high school education; * Good interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability to assess situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and walking throughout the operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight to be serviced, floor inspection and scanning to collect dropped objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the ramp. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Supervise aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and supervise baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client Manual or dnata MGO; * Segregate baggage and cargo volumes in airport sorting areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance) to load them onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for correct flights; * Load baggage and cargo into aircraft holds following norms and procedures outlined in the MGO, including recommendations for identifying special situations (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels and place them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate interline connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and monitor packaging of cargo and baggage to verify proper suitability for transportation, ensuring flight safety and safety of personnel handling them; * Correctly handle and allocate baggage and cargo into aircraft holds, observing internal retention and maximum hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent collisions with the fuselage; * Service aircraft within established timeframes for each service type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment irregularities during operations to supervisors. 2511060202271574706
