Job Summary: Responsible for issuing electronic freight bills, communicating with drivers, updating information, and supporting delivery and pickup management. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for driver communication and management. 2. Support in updating and tracking deliveries and pickups. 3. Trip closure and receipt documentation. You will be responsible for issuing electronic freight bills, updating information on the scheduling dashboard, verifying documents, and supporting communication with company drivers. **Responsibilities** * Load shipments onto the Scheduling Dashboard and issue pickup orders; * Provide information to customers and guide\-them on using trip inquiry tools; * Communicate with drivers using fleet management tools; * Track and update deliveries, pickups, or trips; * Close trips and receipt documentation, and reconcile proof-of-delivery documents; **Requirements and Qualifications:** * High school diploma. * Availability to work from 6:30 AM to 2:50 PM, Monday through Saturday, in the Campo Comprido neighborhood. * Preferred experience in road transportation. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Health and Dental Insurance; * Semiannual Profit Sharing (PLR); **\#VEMPRACARGOLIFT** All our positions are open to people with disabilities and/or rehabilitated individuals.
