Develop lesson plans and educational content **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Contribute to the area's teaching and pedagogical activities. \* Develop lesson plans, pedagogical interventions, and schedules. \* Deliver in-person and live classes on digital platforms. \* Apply prior knowledge diagnostics according to the Nova EJA (SESI) methodology. \* Create, adapt, and update educational content. \* Guide students on theoretical and methodological aspects of the course. \* Clarify doubts via e\-mail, chat, phone, platform, and in person. \* Guide students on the use of the LMS (Virtual Learning Environment) and development of personal study plans. \* Encourage research and collaboration among students. \* Participate in practical activities, assessments, and in-person meetings at distance education centers. \* Develop, administer, and grade assessments. \* Record grades, lesson plans, comments, and reports in the system. \* Conduct remedial activities and update content in the LMS. \* Promote interactivity among students. \* Coordinate with specialist teachers to resolve specific questions. \* Participate in pedagogical meetings and class councils. \* Monitor student performance in the LMS. \* Comply with educational quality procedures. \* Keep the Class Diary and attendance records up to date. \* Disseminate and guide students on institutional policies and regulations. \* Participate in trainings and capacity-building programs offered by the institution. \* Contribute to the development of new educational projects and methodologies. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in History, Philosophy, Social Sciences, or Geography.
