Career Opportunity: Forklift Mechanic Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD) **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Performing medium-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and internal combustion forklifts; * Conducting technical diagnostics on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic systems; * Identifying root causes of failures and proposing appropriate technical solutions; * Performing operational tests and basic parameter settings; * Preparing detailed technical reports and documenting required parts and services; * Providing external technical support independently; * Offering technical guidance to junior technicians and assistants; * Ensuring quality and safety of all performed services. **What we’re looking for:** * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical maintenance relevant to the role; * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings and simple electrical schematics; * Initial experience using basic maintenance tools and equipment is desirable; * Familiarity with applicable regulatory standards (NRs), such as NR-10, is considered a plus; * Driver’s license category B; * Strong learning ability, communication skills, and willingness to develop technical competencies; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset; * Completed or currently pursuing a Technical Course in Mechanics, Electronics, Industrial Technology, or related fields. **Here’s what we offer:** * CLT employment contract (formal labor registration) * Working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Meal allowance (VA) or meal voucher (VR): R$ 25.64 per working day — with R$ 1 deducted from payroll * Life insurance: So you can live with peace of mind, knowing we’re here to support you * Pharmacy assistance: If your medicine shelf runs low, we’ll help ensure your health stays on track — because no one wants to go without essential medication, right? * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): We understand health is fundamental, which is why we offer Gympass. *So, does this make sense for you?* Minimum Education Requirement: Technical Course Desired Qualifications: * Mechanics, Technical Course * Electromechanics, Technical Course Driver’s License Requirement: B * Meal allowance * Gympass * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Pharmacy assistance * Meal voucher * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Learning platform
