The challenge for professionals in this area lies in recognizing each student’s uniqueness and contributing to an environment where everyone can learn, interact, and develop. **Here’s how you’ll contribute to our team:** * Assist in monitoring students during classroom pedagogical activities. * Monitor student participation in daily school routines, supporting their autonomy and integration into the group. * Collaborate with teachers and the pedagogical team in adapting activities when necessary. * Assist in organizing materials and strategies that facilitate student learning. * Support transitions and daily school routines, providing assistance when needed. * Contribute to building a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect you to know:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Pedagogy, Psychology, Teaching Licenses, or other Education-related fields**. * Interest in **Inclusive Education** and in supporting students with diverse learning needs. * Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively. * Organizational ability and responsibility in managing daily school routines. * Sensitivity in working with children and embracing diversity within the school environment. * Proactivity, attentive listening, and a welcoming attitude when interacting with students. **It’s a plus if you have:** * Experience or interest in **Inclusive Education** or **Special Education**. * Prior experience (even through internships or volunteer work) in a school setting. * Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and the pedagogical team. * Basic knowledge of **inclusion strategies and activity adaptations**. **Additional Information** **Why work here?
