Collaborating in teams to optimize production processes **Production Assistant** Company: Strong Metais, a company specializing in the manufacture of metal roofing sheets, gutters, and flashing. **Main Responsibilities:** Operational Tasks: Work on the production line operating machinery and equipment according to instructions and established standards. Material Preparation: Assist in sorting and organizing raw materials and supplies required for production. Quality Control: Conduct visual and manual inspections of manufactured products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Material Loading and Handling: Load and unload materials in the production area using appropriate equipment and following safety regulations. Basic Preventive Maintenance: Support cleaning and maintenance of machinery and equipment, reporting any potential failures or irregularities to the technical supervisor. Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized production environment, adhering to safety regulations and good manufacturing practices. Process Collaboration: Work in teams to optimize production processes and achieve daily targets. **Requirements:** Experience in industrial production, preferably in the metals or construction materials sector. Basic knowledge of machinery and ability to read production orders. Manual dexterity with agility and attention to detail.
