Job Summary: Professional responsible for obtaining quotations and negotiating with suppliers, issuing purchase orders, monitoring delivery deadlines, and assisting in report analysis, aiming at the continuous improvement of procurement processes. RESPONSIBILITIES Obtain price quotations and negotiate with suppliers; Issue purchase orders and monitor the approval workflow; Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure compliance with contractual terms; Update and maintain supplier and product records; Assist in analyzing consumption, inventory, and cost reports; Support technical and commercial departments in identifying solutions and alternative suppliers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, and other duties relevant to the position. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU Completed high school education (technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Procurement, or related fields is desirable); Previous experience in purchasing technical or electronic materials; Knowledge of ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills; Organized, communicative profile with strong negotiation ability.
