Provide information and guidance in a courteous and efficient manner Job Description: Receive and identify visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel. Control access of people and vehicles in accordance with established regulations. Record entry and exit information for visitors and staff. Provide information to visitors, residents, or staff in a courteous and efficient manner. Provide guidance regarding conduct rules and operational procedures of the premises. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Completed elementary education. Clear and polite communication skills. Basic computer knowledge for record keeping. Ability to handle pressure situations and emergencies. Prior experience in security or customer service will be considered an advantage.
