Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, identifying, and controlling the access of visitors and vehicles, providing information and guidance in a courteous and efficient manner. Key Highlights: 1. Clear and courteous communication to interact with visitors and colleagues. 2. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and emergencies. 3. Prior experience in security or customer service is a plus. Job Description: * Receive and identify visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel. * Control the access of people and vehicles according to established guidelines. * Record entry and exit information for visitors and employees. * Provide courteous and efficient information to visitors, residents, or employees. * Provide guidance on conduct rules and facility operations. * WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Completed elementary education. * Clear and courteous communication. * Basic computer skills for record management. * Ability to handle high-pressure situations and emergencies. * Prior experience in security or customer service will be considered a plus.
