Requirements: **About the Position** If you enjoy working with and for people, wish to develop as a generalist HR professional, possess strong communication skills, and are comfortable using digital tools, this position is for you! The selected student will work in a hybrid format (in-person and remote) in Curitiba. Responsibilities: **Recruitment and Selection (End\-to\-End):** Support the entire talent acquisition cycle—from aligning candidate profiles with leadership and posting job openings, through resume screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, sending offers, and providing feedback to candidates. **Training and Development (DHO):** Manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional experience from Onboarding (welcome communication and first-day integration) through ongoing development initiatives. Assist with training logistics, internal marketing campaigns, and monitoring key cycles such as Performance Evaluations. **Internal Communications and Culture:** Strengthen organizational culture by producing announcements, visual materials for holidays and special dates, training support materials, and internal newsletters. Also support external communications by publishing articles on the institutional website and social media platforms. **HR Process Management:** Monitor the health of HR processes, keeping indicator spreadsheets and OKRs up to date. Responsible for collecting documentation and maintaining integrity and accuracy of records in internal systems. **Administrative and Legal Routine Tasks:** Support HR financial activities, assisting with invoice issuance. Manage contractual documentation (agreements, internship agreements, and associate terms) and update registrations on internal and external platforms. **You must:** * Be enrolled in up to the 3rd year of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. * Have intermediate proficiency with tools such as Canva and Gamma. * Reside in Curitiba or its metropolitan region and be available for hybrid work.
