Its activities include accounting postings and reconciliations, invoice issuance, accounting equalizations, honor requests submitted to BNDES, and other processes that especially support the collections department and the bank’s financial routines. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ Support financial and accounting processes, including account reconciliation and financial postings. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, with emphasis on advanced Excel, Macros, and Power BI (PBI). Perform data analysis and interpretation, compiling information from various systems to identify inconsistencies. Manage documents, procedures, processes, and deadlines, ensuring compliance and organization. Proactively identify issues and suggest process improvements before they escalate. Maintain clear and efficient verbal and written communication with departments such as collections, customer service, and accounting. Collaborate effectively across different departments, contributing to smooth operational performance. **Experience Required** ----------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics. Technical financial knowledge, with experience in financial and accounting processes, particularly account reconciliation and financial postings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel expertise; Power BI knowledge is considered a plus. Strong analytical capability, with ability to interpret data and integrate information from multiple systems. Experience managing documents, processes, and deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- Proactivity, with ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions and improvements. Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating interaction with departments such as collections, customer service, and finance. Team-oriented mindset, with collaborative attitude and results focus.
