The ideal candidate must be communicative, organized, and comfortable interacting with people. **Responsibilities:** Greet and assist clients, visitors, and colleagues in person or by phone. Route calls and messages to the appropriate departments. Monitor visitor entry and exit. Maintain a professional appearance of the reception area and common spaces. **Requirements:** Completed high school or higher education. Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer-facing roles. Strong verbal communication skills.
