Main Responsibilities * Handle telephone calls, providing information, seeking authorization for entry of families and visitors, and efficiently routing calls. * Receive visitors, family members, and suppliers, guiding and directing them to their desired destinations. * Schedule visits for visitors, family members, and suppliers. * Manage access control to school departments, granting entry at the school and administrative department gates. * Be responsible for safeguarding and managing automobile keys. * Monitor and manage scheduling for unit vehicle usage. * Interact with external and internal audiences in a pleasant, responsive, and collaborative manner. * Receive, organize, and dispatch communications and documents via mail, email, fax, or internal courier. * Maintain custody, preservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment, instruments, materials used, and the workplace. * Perform other related tasks as required by the institution. Required Qualifications * Completed High School education. Desirable (Preferred) * Prior experience in an educational environment or pedagogical support. * Familiarity with school pedagogical routines and processes. * Experience in serving students and families. * Administrative organization and document control. * Deadline management and support for educational events. * Clear communication, organization, and accountability. **None:** None
