Administrative support and cash register control A martial arts institution is seeking a Receptionist in Curitiba. **Responsibilities:** Reception and Customer Service: Greet students, parents, visitors, and potential customers with friendliness and professionalism. Provide information regarding class schedules, membership plans, teaching methodologies, institutional rules, and operational procedures. Conduct in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp-based interactions. Maintain an organized reception area and assist with basic administrative routines. Sales and Relationship Management: Present and sell monthly membership plans, packages, and services offered by the school. Sell official uniforms and other academy merchandise. Track leads and prospects (initial contact, follow-up, and conversion). Assist with enrollment, plan renewals, and plan upgrades. Record and monitor sales in the system. Administrative Support: Perform basic cash register control at the reception desk. Issue service receipts and product invoices, and verify payments. Organize contracts, registration forms, and related documents. Provide support to the finance team and management as needed. Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
