**Our Mission:** Responsible for coordinating the Registration, Invoice Center, Procurement, Facilities, Processes, and Quality departments, ensuring excellence in service delivery to client units and strategic alignment of CSC operations. Responsible for planning and guidance in accordance with pre\-established policies, objectives, and guidelines.
**Position:** **Operations Coordinator (Integra CSC)**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Your daily challenge will be:**
* Coordinate the departments under your responsibility (Registration, Invoice Center, Procurement, Facilities, Processes, and Quality), ensuring compliance with SLAs, deadlines, defined quality standards, and excellence in service delivery to Units.
* Manage your team’s personnel, including development, training, performance monitoring, feedback implementation, recruitment and termination processes, promoting engagement, motivation, and alignment with organizational objectives.
* Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, backlog, response time, and NPS, addressing deviations and complaints in a structured and preventive manner.
* Coordinate fiscal receipt processes, verification, and entry of incoming invoices, ensuring tax compliance, correct application of current legislation, and alignment with procurement and controller functions.
* Ensure strategic management of corporate and fiscal registrations for group companies—including clients, suppliers, service providers, carriers, representatives, and items in the ERP—guaranteeing data integrity, fiscal compliance, and operational efficiency of internal processes.
* Coordinate the CSC Quality Management System, ensuring process compliance, risk management, change controls, handling of non\-conformities, and adherence to applicable standards and requirements.
* Ensure management and updating of quality documentation, indicators, RACI matrix, and SoftExpert system, promoting interdepartmental integration, deadline adherence, and continuous process improvement.
* Strengthen the quality culture by conducting trainings, supporting audits, system validations and homologations, identifying opportunities for business improvement and risk mitigation, and acting preventively.
* Coordinate the Facilities department, ensuring infrastructure management, building maintenance, contract administration, outsourced services, and preservation of corporate environments, guaranteeing safety, functionality, quality, and legal compliance.
* Coordinate construction projects, expansion initiatives, and structural improvements, managing suppliers, overseeing service execution, controlling indicators, and directing the team to ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and operational efficiency.
* Plan CSC’s operational capacity, performing team sizing, demand prioritization, and optimization of available resources.
* Serve as the primary interface between the CSC and supported areas, leading operational alignment meetings and ensuring clear, transparent communication regarding timelines, responsibilities, and service scope.
* Define, measure, and periodically evaluate performance indicators.
* Prepare managerial reports, status presentations, and BI dashboards for process monitoring, supporting the Operations Management team in data\-driven decision making.
* Identify opportunities, lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process analysis to reduce waste, increase productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
* Coordinate and execute workshops, projects, and actions to improve operational and administrative processes, ensuring stage tracking, schedule adherence, and tangible business outcomes.
* Conduct process analyses to identify opportunities for waste reduction and gains in productivity, quality, time, and cost.
* Compile information and prepare reports tracking executed projects.
* Coordinate and monitor project implementation schedules to align all work stages.
* Identify opportunities, develop solution proposals, and implement changes that add value to operations, ensuring compliance with internal company policies.
* Ensure adherence to internal policies
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Qualifications and Knowledge:**
* Experience in a coordination\-level position; corporate project management experience.
* Management of multidisciplinary teams.
* Administrative and operations process management within a CSC.
* Facilities and building infrastructure management.
* Knowledge of procurement and contract management processes; Quality Management System (QMS).
* Labor, tax, and fiscal legislation.
* ERP system knowledge.
* Knowledge of digital process implementation and robotic process automation (RPA).
* Performance metric and indicator management (KPIs, SLA, NPS) and productivity.
**Education:**
* Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
* Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Business Management or related fields.
