Your Responsibilities Provide direct support to store management, contributing to smooth daily operations and achievement of business goals. Serve and guide customers throughout the purchasing process, identifying needs and preferences to deliver consultative, personalized experiences. Present products, lead negotiations, and execute sales in accordance with company commercial policies and service standards. Support, supervise, and guide the sales team in executing all stages of the commercial process. Contribute to improving performance metrics such as conversion rate, average transaction value, and items per transaction. Assist in organizing and monitoring daily operational routines of the store. Perform cash register opening and closing, collections, and financial reconciliations. Verify amounts, commercial terms, exchanges, and promotional activities—ensuring correct application of prices, discounts, and company policies. Ensure processes are executed accurately to prevent discrepancies and avoid losses to both customers and the company. Help maintain an organized store aligned with visual standards and prepared to deliver the best possible customer experience.
