Learn more about us: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v\=VWwhkU5S5oU We are looking for a ***Procurement Performance Analyst*** to join our ***Procurement team*** and serve as the ***Data and KPI Guardian of the department.*** You will be responsible for: * Creating, monitoring, and enhancing departmental **performance indicators (KPIs)** for Procurement * Developing, updating, and ensuring the reliability of **BI reports and dashboards**, providing clear visibility into results and trends. * Monitoring **supplier performance**, evaluating delivery timelines, quality, costs, and service levels. * Controlling and optimizing the **procurement process**, proposing automation and improvements to increase productivity and reduce rework. * Conducting periodic analyses to identify deviations, opportunities, and risks. * Supporting leadership with strategic insights and tracking materials. ***Requirements and Education:*** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields. * Prior experience in data analysis, KPIs, and performance reporting. * Ability to build **automated dashboards** and identify analytical improvement opportunities. * Ability to structure routines, controls, and operational workflows. * Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) Additional strong differentiators include: * Experience in process automation (e.g., VBA, Python, RPA). * Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related areas. * Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier evaluation Workplace: Rua Vicente Machado, nº 1001 \- Batel, Curitiba/PR Flexible Hours \- Hybrid (Home & Office) with one office day per week * *We encourage diversity!
