Ideal for professionals with procurement experience and negotiation skills. **Job Responsibilities** * Execute the procurement process for materials, services, and supplies—from quotation to purchase order closure. * Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and optimal commercial terms. * Conduct comparative analysis of quotations, considering cost-effectiveness and technical criteria. * Monitor material and service delivery schedules, aligning with project timelines. * Update and track purchase orders in the internal system (ERP). * Support the development of new suppliers and periodic evaluation of existing ones. * Monitor departmental KPIs, such as on-time delivery, cost savings, and procurement performance. * Collaborate with Engineering, Warehouse, and Finance departments to meet operational requirements. **Required Skills and Competencies** * Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. * Organizational ability, prioritization, and attention to deadlines. * Analytical mindset for quotation comparison and decision-making. * Effective oral and written communication. * Proactivity and autonomy in daily tasks. * Proficiency in Excel and management tools. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. **Preferred Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. **Previous Experience** * Prior experience in procurement (minimum 2–3 years). * Hands-on experience with quotation processes, negotiation, follow-up, and supplier relationship management. * Previous experience using ERP systems. **Preferred Qualification** * **Experience in the civil construction sector** (construction projects, supply chain, building materials, subcontractors, and specialized services).
