Active presence on the dining floor during peak hours RESTAURANT MANAGER (BURGER JOINT) \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-Location: Downtown, Curitiba/PR – On-site Employment Type: CLT (Position of Trust) \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-Compensation: Base Salary: R$ 3\.500,00 + 40% trust position allowance, totaling R$4900 \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-Benefits: Meal voucher worth R$ 600.00 (subject to attendance policy). Benefit card for meal and transportation vouchers. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-Main Responsibilities Manage all unit operations and lead the team. Monitor and ensure compliance with operational procedures. Handle procurement, inventory, and supplier management. Review checklists and uphold operational quality standards. Update unit systems and performance indicators. Collaborate closely with HR and Finance departments. Lead kitchen, service, and operations teams. Actively participate in operations—especially on the dining floor during peak hours—to guarantee an excellent customer experience. \-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-\-Requirements Completed undergraduate degree. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in gastronomy, bars, or restaurants. Proven experience in team and operations management. Proficiency with technology, spreadsheets, and systems.
