Job Summary: Conducts quotations and purchase requests for materials and services across the entire company, developing new suppliers to ensure satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for quotations and purchase requests for materials and services. 2. Negotiation with suppliers to achieve the best price and quality. 3. Development of new suppliers of materials and services. ***Preferred:*** - Reside near the Boqueirão region. ***Desirable:*** - Knowledge of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). ***Job Responsibilities:*** Conduct quotations and purchase requests for materials and services across the entire company. Receive purchase requests for materials and service contracts via the system from all company departments; Conduct quotations for materials and services with suppliers, aiming to obtain the best price and quality; Analyze supplier quotations for potential negotiations and adjustments to meet company requirements; Submit quotations to the department head for purchase approval; Validate required documents for purchases; Execute purchases of goods from the selected supplier upon approval by the responsible party.
