




Job Summary: We are seeking a procurement professional to manage quotations, negotiations, and internal purchase requests, ensuring material compliance and timely system updates. Advantageous experience in aluminum windows/doors and/or civil construction Responsibilities: \- Conduct quotation and negotiation processes with suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules via the ERP; \- Fulfill internal procurement requests for raw materials, supplies, and consumables; \- Issue purchase orders and verify invoices; \- Monitor delivery deadlines, ensuring received materials comply with purchase orders; \- Register and qualify suppliers; \- Record and update information in the management system. Requirements: Prior experience in procurement; ERP system knowledge; Organization, negotiation skills, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualification: Experience in the aluminum windows/doors and/or civil construction sector.
