Team management and supplier relationship management ANB FARMA is looking for a highly qualified Logistics Supervisor to join our team. We are committed to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products and ensuring efficiency and agility in our logistics operations. **Shift: 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM** Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the logistics team’s activities, ensuring achievement of established goals and deadlines; * Plan and organize transportation, storage, distribution, and inventory control activities; * Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators, proposing continuous process improvements; * Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage and losses; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations set by regulatory authorities; * Manage relationships with suppliers and transportation companies, fostering strategic partnerships; Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in leadership roles within logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector; * Solid knowledge in the area of verification and reconciliation; * Experience in team management, with skills to motivate and develop team members. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
