Job Summary: Assist in the handling, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring organization, safety, and compliance at all logistics stages. Key Highlights: 1. Material receipt, inspection, and dispatch operations 2. Maintenance of organization and safety in logistics areas 3. Active participation in periodic inventories 1\. Assist in material receipt and inspection, identifying and recording any discrepancies, damages, or non-conformities. 2\. Perform truck unloading and loading, ensuring safety, integrity, and proper material handling. 3\. Pick products according to orders, organizing and preparing items for dispatch in accordance with established standards. 4\. Handle and store materials in internal and external stock, using appropriate equipment and tools. 5\. Maintain organized receiving, dispatch, and storage areas, preserving cleanliness, signage, and layout standards. 6\. Report irregularities, risks, or equipment maintenance needs to supervisors. 7\. Ensure safety and quality throughout all handling, storage, and dispatch stages. 8\. Participate in periodic inventories, contributing to record accuracy and discrepancy resolution. 9\. Support other related logistics activities as directed by supervisors. Requirements and Qualifications 1\. Basic knowledge of internal logistics: material receipt, inspection, dispatch, and handling. 2\. Material organization and storage: identification, stacking, sorting, and packaging. 3\. Reading operational documents: delivery notes, picking lists, labels, and movement notes. 4\. Use of material handling equipment and tools: manual pallet jacks, carts, straps, and tie-downs. 5\. Best practices for picking and dispatch: speed, accuracy, and care for materials. 6\. Inventory support: counting, verification, and recording of simple discrepancies. 7\. Basic operational safety: proper use of PPE, safe conduct in logistics areas, adherence to company safety regulations.
