Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for providing technical support, installing and configuring hardware/software, monitoring systems, documenting procedures, and assisting the IT team to ensure the organization and proper functioning of the technological infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. User technical support and resolution of IT issues 2. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software 3. Assistance with IT team innovation requests and projects The professional will perform the following activities: * Provide technical support to users by responding to inquiries and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in accordance with established internal procedures; * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software based on institutional needs and requirements; * Perform data backups, ensuring accessibility and security; * Monitor system performance, analyzing potential instabilities and areas for improvement, and reporting to the immediate supervisor; * Develop technical documentation, including operational manuals; * Assist the IT team with innovation requests and projects; * Manage the inventory of IT equipment, monitoring procurement needs to ensure equipment organization; * Submit service tickets to vendors when necessary; * Train users on systems and software, disseminating information and guidance according to established technical standards and regulations; Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Career Development Plan * Transportation Allowance * Educational Incentive * Day Off * Dental Insurance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Food Allowance
