Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for managing internal purchase requests, executing procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring legal compliance in electronic bidding procedures. Market analysis and contract management The Brazilian Canoeing Confederation, the national sports governing body, is recruiting new staff members to start in March 2026\. Receive and analyze internal client requests to comply with departmental procedures and meet requests within stipulated deadlines; Execute procurement processes, price quotations, supplier negotiations, drafting of bidding notices and terms of reference; Identify new suppliers and service providers; Organize documents related to the procurement department; Be responsible for issuing and requesting service reports and service provision reports; Publish procurement-related information on the organization's website; Plan and execute electronic bidding processes in accordance with legal requirements; Assist the inventory department; Respond to requests from COB (Brazilian Olympic Committee) and CPB (Brazilian Paralympic Committee) regarding procurement matters; Manage materials at headquarters and training centers (CTs); Receive invoices and supporting documentation for payment processing; Manage supplier relationships; Manage contracts; Prepare payment authorizations, ensuring contracts and payments remain up-to-date; Generate spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as needed or upon request; Monitor purchases through to delivery; Receive and store goods; Perform related tasks. REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or fields involving logical reasoning; specialization in process management. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, at intermediate to advanced level. · Knowledge of logistics to understand transportation, distribution, and product storage processes. · Understanding of finance to analyze purchasing aspects and prepare budgets. · Skills and knowledge of procurement management technologies, such as efficient data analysis software for the company. · Ability to understand and analyze the market, identifying trends and opportunities. · Knowledge of inventory management. · Negotiation skills.
