




Job Summary: This professional will provide general administrative support, handling procurement, logistics, materials management, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and support for suppliers and employees **Your Key Challenges:** * Provide administrative support for procurement routines, goods receipt, and materials control; * Responsible for registrations, requisitions, and document filing; * Support logistics processes and operational activities within the department; * Serve and support suppliers, service providers, and internal employees; * Assist with general services, documentation control, and other administrative tasks. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Basic knowledge of procurement processes (requisition, quotation, purchase order, and follow-up) is preferred; * Familiarity with supplier and materials control concepts; * ERP system or management platform experience is considered a plus.
