**Responsibilities and Duties**
Update spreadsheets and area controls;
Open and monitor incident and occurrence tickets;
Organize and standardize area materials;
Assist in preparing reports;
Organize files and information;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed high school education;
Experience in administrative routines such as spreadsheets, controls, invoices, payments, and others;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software (especially Excel and Word) – basic to intermediate level;
Experience in internal customer service and/or support to departments.
