KPI management and analysis for achievement Description: What you need to have and/or know for this position: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Production Management, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Experience with quality tools; * Experience managing factory teams; * Availability to work rotating shifts on a 6x2 schedule; * Availability to work in Fazenda Rio Grande/PR. How you can contribute in this role: * Manage the operational team during your shift; * Align and communicate priorities to the operational team; * Verify and, if necessary, request office supplies and tools; * Reassign and guide work teams; * Review and record timekeeping discrepancies on the team's timesheets; * Conduct and supervise training sessions; * Supervise the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes; * Manage: control, analyze, and implement actions to achieve KPIs; * Operate production processes and production lines as needed and/or requested; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the work area; * Develop, organize, and control required documentation for the area; * Participate in planning and execute improvement initiatives; * Comply with occupational safety regulations, following predetermined procedures and instructions; * Perform other duties related to the position as required by the department or leadership direction. 251215020220436969
