Monitor quality across all production stages, guaranteeing finished product compliance and supporting other departments in continuous process improvement and waste reduction. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** * Supervise the Quality Control team, ensuring task execution and employee development. * Manage team work schedules, leave days, vacations, and time tracking. * Map, structure, and optimize departmental processes, ensuring performance- and efficiency-oriented quality management. * Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Records (REGs), and other documents required for process standardization and compliance. * Monitor quality across all production stages, identifying critical points and proposing improvements to reduce losses and deviations. * Organize and analyze Quality Control results, generating reports and metrics to support decision-making. * Supervise document management, ensuring records and procedures remain up-to-date and compliant with applicable standards. * Ensure the Quality Control system complies with major regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, MAPA, etc.). * Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify process compliance and identify improvement opportunities. * Support process alignment for certifications and accreditations, ensuring fulfillment of regulatory requirements. * Implement and ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), promoting reliability and reproducibility of analytical methods. * Develop and deliver training programs to qualify the team, ensuring alignment with quality procedures and standards. * Track and analyze quality metrics, proposing actions to optimize processes and increase efficiency. * Implement strategies to standardize and improve departmental routines, ensuring process agility and reliability. * Identify quality-related failures and propose and lead corrective and preventive action plans. * Promote a quality culture and continuous improvement among production and quality control teams.
