Manage the team and control production to achieve targets Versátil Andaimes e Escoramentos, a company with over 38 years of operation headquartered in Colombo \- PR, is seeking a professional to join its team. Mission: Supervise and coordinate production activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements, while promoting continuous process improvement and team development. Responsibilities: 1\. Plan and control production within the system, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and targets; 2\. Prepare and record Production Orders (POs), ensuring traceability and process control; 3\. Ensure the quality of manufactured equipment by addressing non-conformities through the system; 4\. Control raw material and finished goods inventories, ensuring data accuracy; 5\. Train and develop employees, fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment; 6\. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to the team; 7\. Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure proper information flow and interdepartmental alignment; 8\. Perform monthly inventory counts and implement cyclical inventory for stock control; 9\. Manage the production team, promoting employee engagement and professional development; 10\. Generate performance and productivity reports, presenting results to management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC); Ability to read and interpret production orders; Knowledge of quality management systems and non-conformance control; familiarity with industrial processes and inventory control. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:40 AM to 5:28 PM.
