Opportunity for learning and growth in a collaborative environment **PRODUCTION PLANNING AND CONTROL (PCP) ASSISTANT** **Location:** On-site – Tatuquara neighborhood (easily accessible) **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM *(with flexibility for report closing)* **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Law contract) **About the Opportunity** We seek a **PCP Assistant** to strategically support production planning and control, maintaining strong coordination among shop floor, inventory, and management. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with numbers and organization, and wish to develop technical expertise within an industrial environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and schedule weekly and monthly production according to orders and production capacity * Issue, monitor, and control production orders * Collect and record daily production KPIs by department * Prepare and present performance reports (production, efficiency, and deviations) * Monitor raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods inventories * Input and interpret data in the **MRP/ERP** system to support procurement decisions (what, when, and how much to purchase) * Support continuous improvement of production processes and resolution of unexpected issues * Assist the team in operational control and integration of production-related information **Desired Qualifications** * Experience in **PCP, production control, or industrial logistics** * Intermediate Excel skills (control spreadsheets and KPIs) * Experience with **ERP/MRP systems** (e.g., Odoo – preferred) * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills * Technical or higher education in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields (preferred) Interest in learning **cutting programming** and actively participating in the production process. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Meal allowance / food voucher * Health insurance * Transportation voucher * Life insurance * Collaborative environment with opportunities for learning and growth Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.200,00 – R$2.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
