




Job Summary: This role supports governmental activities, develops and submits projects for resource acquisition, and manages received revenues for various hospital units. Key Highlights: 1. Luiz Xavier, 68 \- Centro, Curitiba \- PR, 80020\-020 **Mandatory Requirements (disqualification applies if not met):** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields (proof required); Up-to-date vaccinations (COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, and Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus); Relevant experience in the healthcare sector; Knowledge of the third sector, including project submission, approval, and monitoring; familiarity with tax incentive laws and parliamentary amendments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support governmental activities, including scheduling visits to government offices, assisting in the preparation and formatting of projects for parliamentary amendments across all three levels of government, developing projects for various secretariats, ministries, public foundations, and other governmental initiatives; * Design, develop, present, and submit projects to diverse stakeholders (governmental, para-governmental, and corporate) to secure resources for the Units of the Irmandade da Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Curitiba; * Be responsible for managing received revenues, organizing and quantifying donations, issuing donation receipts, and monitoring outcomes—including compiling data into spreadsheets and preparing presentations; * Assist in translating strategic planning decisions into concrete actions by liaising with operational departments (clinical, cultural, medical, educational, etc.) to develop resource-acquisition projects for governmental and corporate sectors; * Monitor public notices and submission deadlines across multiple portals (FNS, MS, PRONON, PRONAS, Special Secretariat of Culture, etc.), submitting applications and responding to analytical follow-ups from sponsors to ensure success; * Prepare preliminary project proposals in an organized manner, strictly adhering to the rules of each opportunity; * Develop budget spreadsheets, feasibility analyses (in coordination with the Controller’s Office), target-audience analyses, and any other required spreadsheets; * Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external presentations; * Submit and manage multiple concurrent project requests, due diligence inquiries, and official protocols, actively engaging with releasing authorities to expedite publication processes; * Track received donations, issue receipts, and compile results into spreadsheets for reporting to the Controller’s Office, auditing department, and General Management; * Attend internal and external meetings and events, occasionally outside regular working hours. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Salary:** Category base salary **We Offer:** Meal Allowance (no payroll deduction); Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Transportation Allowance; Brazil Benefits Card; Pharmacy Benefit Program; University Partnership Agreements; \+Gympass; Maternity Kit / Gestar Bem Program; Daycare Assistance for mothers with children up to 5 years old; Birthday Leave (Day off).
