**SCHEDULE:** Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00 \- 220 hours **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in hospitality, hospital administration, tourism, social work, or public relations. * Knowledge of operating systems, communication, and interpersonal relationships; * Experience with the TASY system. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Print the daily census; * Inspect cleaned rooms/beds and release them for use; * Complete the hygiene checklist, flagging inconsistencies to supervisors and the hygiene team; * Open relevant Work Orders (WOs) for building maintenance; * Enter the responsible party for admission into the TASY system and confirm the address with the patient and family; * Deliver the procedure request protocol to patients or family members and explain the release workflow; * Orient patients and family members on room functionalities upon admission, during daily routines, and at patient discharge; * Distribute the satisfaction survey and monitor performance indicators; * Guide and encourage completion of the Google review; * Invite patients daily to participate in the Heart Club activities and track adherence; * Sell products from the store; * Coordinate the renovation schedule for rooms in collaboration with nursing and maintenance teams; * Act as a facilitator for patient requests directed to the care team, multidisciplinary team, and support staff.
