As an Operational Assistant, your mission will be to ensure our bikes are always clean, organized, fully charged, and deliver the best experience to daily users. Here, your work will be essential to guarantee that bikes are always ready to serve thousands of people. **\> Responsibilities:** * Load and unload bicycles at the warehouse and/or designated parking areas, and position them on charging stations. * Clean, lubricate, and refurbish bicycles following internal procedures. * Perform entry and exit checklists for bicycles, verifying safety and functionality items. * Update spreadsheets and control systems, recording bike status and logs. * Maintain workplace organization according to the 5S standard. * Use equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly to ensure workplace safety. **\> Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of material handling, organization, and control. * Familiarity with the 5S methodology. * Preferred: Prior experience in organization, sanitation, and cleaning activities. **\> Benefits Package:** * Monthly remuneration: R$ 2\.127,15 (per month) * Health insurance: Unimed Compacto Enfermaria plan. * Dental insurance: Met Life. * Partnerships: (SESC, language courses, universities). * ICP \- According to company policy \- up to 0.55 salary/year. * Extended maternity and paternity leave. * Meal and food allowance: R$ 754,63 (per month). * Transportation allowance. * Private pension plan. * Employee bike plan. * Pet plan. * Life insurance. \> **Important Information:** * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off. * Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM. * Location: Prado Velho \- Curitiba. **\> Why join us?** We are a growing company offering real opportunities for professional development and advancement.
