Job Summary: A restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food pre-preparation, cooking, kitchen sanitation, and organization, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in food pre-preparation and cooking according to instructions. 2. Maintenance of kitchen cleanliness, organization, and sanitation. 3. Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. The restaurant seeks a Kitchen Assistant professional in Curitiba (Batel). **Responsibilities:** Assist in ingredient pre\-preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, portioning), prepare sauces and broths, and assist in food cooking according to the chef's instructions. Maintain the kitchen area clean, organized, and sanitized, as well as tools, equipment, utensils, dishware, and countertops. Assist in pantry organization, expiration date verification, food receiving, and storage to prevent waste. Help with plating and presentation of dishes, following menu specifications and chef's instructions. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations, including proper food handling and adequate cleaning. And other duties related to the position. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
