Job Summary: Bakery Assistant responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting in the production of breads and cakes, cleaning and organizing the work area, restocking products, and complying with food safety regulations. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations Supermarket seeks a Bakery Assistant in Curitiba (CIC). **Responsibilities:** Prepare and organize ingredients such as flours, yeasts, doughs, and fillings for breads, cakes, and other bakery products. Assist in the production of breads, cakes, pies, and other bakery items. Clean utensils and equipment, and maintain the bakery area clean and organized. Restock finished products on shelves or counters according to demand. Assist in packaging, weighing, and labeling products for sale. Comply with hygiene, food safety, and good food handling practices. Support other bakery activities as needed. Previous experience as Bakery Helper, Food Production Operator, Kitchen Assistant, or Pastry Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
