Mission to transform lives and promote health **JOIN MANDIC** The **Mandic Group** is looking for a **Student Support Operator I** to work ***in-person*** in the city of **Curitiba/PR**. We seek professionals who identify with our **MANDIC Way of Being:** Welcoming, believing in results, committed to quality, breathing innovation, and tirelessly working to deliver an outstanding academic journey and professional training for our students—**transforming their realities, as well as public health and science.** **Our mission is to transform lives and promote health. \#JoinMandic!** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Initiate the curriculum matrix scheduling process in the TOTVs system to fulfill digital secretariat requirements after course confirmation. Keep the Course Coordinator informed about the number of enrolled students; * Handle course opening procedures, including: requesting the curriculum matrix from the Course Coordinator, entering disciplines into the TOTVs system, and scheduling Domínio Conexo courses (either in-person or online). For students, request complete documentation; * Send full names and complete documents of faculty members signing each course’s process to the Main Secretariat (Campinas), managing the signature workflow until submission to the CFO; * Prepare the course in TOTVs for the enrollment process: verifying the payment plan, course dates, and assigning Coordinators and faculty to disciplines; * Register all Course Coordinators and their assistants in the TOTVs system; * Enter course start and end dates into the system, as well as the Coordinator’s name per discipline; * Monitor the curriculum matrix, attendance, and grade entry processes in the system (digital secretariat); * Submit online courses currently in session to the Course Management team and register related information in the system; * Monitor course closure and request issuance of grade reports and comprehensive class summaries; * Monitor enrollment requests, student portal inquiries, email, WhatsApp, and in-person support; **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Minimum Education Level: Completed High School * Preferred Education Level: Technical or Higher Education (currently enrolled) * Six months of experience; preferred if in clinical services, education, or logistics sectors; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Empathy, attentiveness, flexibility, organization, and ability to efficiently manage conflicts; **BENEFITS:** **Essential** * Meal Voucher (Flexible Card); * Transportation Voucher; * Life Insurance. **Caring for Your Health** * Medical Assistance (with co-payment); * Dental Assistance; * Conexa Saúde partnership; * Pharmacy Network Agreement. **Quality of Life and Well-being** * Birthday Day Off; * TotalPass. **Exclusive Employee Discounts** * Open English – English courses at special rates; * Estácio University – exclusive discounts on undergraduate, postgraduate, and short courses; * Raphael Di Santo School – benefits for Early Childhood Education, Elementary, and High School. **Exclusive Sesc Partnership** * All this through your Sesc Credential, ensuring enriching, accessible, and high-quality experiences for you and your family. **PEOPLE ARE EVERYTHING TO US!** We believe in an environment where respect, diversity, and inclusion are essential.
