The Shipping Assistant plays a critical role in goods handling and ensures that products reach our customers with quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles. * Assist in order picking according to shipping manifests. * Organize and palletize goods in warehouses and cold rooms. * Inspect packaging integrity and product expiration dates. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, adhering to safety and hygiene standards (GMP). **Working Hours:** * Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (days off on Fridays and Saturdays). * Hours: 21:00 01:00 02:00 5:57 SUN/THU **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education. * Full availability to work night/morning shift hours. * Availability to work in refrigerated environments (cold room). * Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks. * Proactive, punctual profile with ability to work effectively in a team. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive fixed salary commensurate with the role. * Night shift allowance. * Meal voucher worth R$ 40.00 per working day. * Transportation voucher (TV). * Health insurance plan. * Profit Sharing and Results Program (PSRP). * Christmas basket and birthday gift.
