Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment Position: **Pharmacy Counter Assistant** at **Farmácia Ponto Popular** **Address:** Rua Genesio Moreschi, nº 806 \- Guaraituba, Colombo **Working Hours:** 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers at the counter in a friendly and efficient manner; * Provide guidance on available products, prices, promotions, and usage instructions (excluding pharmacist-exclusive advice); * Support pharmacists in medication dispensing, following instructions and regulations; * Record sales in the system; * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area; * Restock shelves and verify product expiration dates; * Comply with health regulations and internal safety and quality procedures; * Contribute to building positive customer relationships and loyalty. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role; * Preferred: Pharmacy Assistant training or other healthcare-related certifications; * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor; * Sales ability; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Organizational skills; * Proactivity and willingness to learn.
