Supervise the team and contribute to maintaining hospital certification. **SANTA CASA HOSPITAL IS HIRING: PHARMACIST!** This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PWD). **Schedule:** 07:00 \- 16:48, Mon-Fri 09:12 \- 19:00, Mon-Fri **Mandatory Requirements:** Active CRF Completed pharmacy degree Fully updated vaccination schedule Hospital experience **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare and issue managerial reports for monitoring and analyzing results, supporting the Hospital Pharmacy Coordination in decision-making. * Ensure compliance with Hospital Pharmacy routines through development, updating, and standardization of procedures, as well as direct supervision of processes. * Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care with a focus on patient safety, rational use of medications, and quality of care. * Monitor inventory through demand analysis, rotating counts, and inventories, considering clinical variations such as changes in medical teams, protocol and technique updates, seasonal patterns, and the epidemiological profile of the served population. * Participate in internal Hospital and Pharmacy Department committees by fulfilling requirements stipulated by quality programs, as designated by the Pharmacy Coordinator. * Contribute to obtaining and maintaining Hospital Certification by complying with requirements established by quality programs. * Support pharmacy assistants in operational activities, including medication dispensing, batch preparation and delivery, ensuring continuity of care, patient safety, and service quality. * Conduct and support training sessions according to the needs of staff and internal clients, actively participating in onboarding of new professionals, contributing to institutional and departmental training programs, and attending institutional trainings, aiming at continuous team development and knowledge dissemination. * Comply with and ensure adherence to policies, standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the Health Supplies and Hospital Pharmacy departments. * Adhere to and comply with institutional safety regulations, ensuring the integrity of staff, patients, and processes. * Supervise and lead the team, promoting personal and professional development through continuous guidance, performance monitoring, and encouragement of continuous improvement. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance: BRL 738.00 per month; Health Plan with co-payment from Notredame (Clinipam); Dental Plan with co-payment from OdoPrevi; Brasil Convênios Card; Consignable Loan available after one year of employment; ESG Policy — Environmentally friendly policies; Maternity Kit / Gestar Bem Program; Childcare Assistance: BRL 137.81 per child; Health and Well-being Initiatives; Transportation Allowance; Partnership with Unipreço Pharmacy (up to 3 installments); University Partnerships; Birthday Leave.
