Job Summary: A Store Sales Associate is responsible for product sales, customer service and support, and store organization—including inventory and cash handling. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development opportunities and support Responsible for selling store products and serving customers, including assisted sales, observing and accompanying customers during merchandise selection, offering help when difficulties are noticed, providing product support and clarification, operating the cash register, promoting general sale items, and clarifying details for customers. * Customer service and sales, adhering to AutoZone standards; * Inspecting and maintaining internal and external store conditions; * Ensuring inventory is adequately stocked, clean, and organized; * Updating and organizing display items; * Maintaining appropriate inventory control to promote sales and uphold store appearance; * Ensuring sales-related processes and documentation—including pricing—and conducting physical inventories. * High school diploma or equivalent; * Availability to work weekends and holidays; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite preferred; * Automotive industry knowledge preferred.
